I am a licensed professional. Can I attend EPICC workshops?
EPICC is a continuing education program designed to promote professional development and growth for both licensed and non-licensed professionals. EPICC gives licensed professionals the opportunity to gain continuing education units (CEUs) to help satisfy their licensure.

I am a currently enrolled student and I do not have my license yet. Can I attend EPICC workshops?
EPICC is a continuing education program designed to promote professional development and growth for both licensed and non-licensed professionals. EPICC gives non-licensed professionals the opportunity to gain specific knowledge and skills to support professional development.

Are these workshops virtual or in-person?
Currently, all EPICC workshops are facilitated online only. Enrolled participants will have access to the live webinar via Zoom as well as course materials.

How do I obtain my credit for attending the workshop(s)?
Each licensed professional obtaining CEU(s) is required to complete the full workshop, complete a course evaluation, and provide us with your professional license number. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a delay in receiving any CEU(s) for the attended workshop.

If I am not licensed, what will I receive for attending the workshop?
Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance. For licensed professionals, their CEU information will be listed on the certificate while this information will not appear on certificates provided to non-licensed professionals.

Where are the CEU(s) coming from?
Currently, STS is providing CEUs through Georgia-based associations: the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia and The Georgia Society for Clinical Social Workers. Each workshop will provide their corresponding number of CEUs and will be provided solely upon approval from these associations. We are currently working on providing CEUs through National associations.

I see a workshop I'm interested in, but I cannot attend the live training date. Are these workshops available on-demand?
Some of our workshops will be available on-demand (complete at your own pace), please refer to the specific workshop page to see if this is offered.

What happens if I cannot attend a workshop after purchasing it?
Unfortunately, all courses are non-refundable. Once purchased, the course cannot be refunded or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We may be able to provide you with on-demand access to view the recording of the live workshop.
